RAW LINDEN HONEY
A medium, sweet, raw blossom honey with minty and woody notes.
This cocktail really packs a punch! The added ginger helps aid digestion, and the chili gives you an extra little kick! Sweet floral honey is cut through by juicy sour limes, to give you a zesty low-calorie cocktail full of zing. Also, a note to be sparing with the chili salt rim, you only need a little to act as the perfect seasoning!
To make your honey into honey syrup mix two tablespoons of honey with two tablespoons of warm (but not hot!) water and stir until dissolved.
Mix salt and chili flakes together on a plate. Run a lime wedge round half the edge of an old fashion glass and roll in the salt chili mix.
Slice the ginger into thin slices and add into a shaker along with the limes. Muddle together allowing the limes to release their oils and juice.
Add in the honey syrup and tequila, along with some ice. Shake well. Pour over ice into prepared glass. Garnish with lime.
