We know the importance of making sure you get our products as soon as you need them!

That’s why we have a few options for delivery:

  • 24 Hour Standard: £5.50
  • 24 Hour Tracked: £7.50
  • Free Shipping for orders over £30.00 (48 Hour Standard)

Our orders are fulfilled by a range of high service couriers including, but not limited to:

  • DPD
  • Royal Mail
  • Hermes (Corporate)

Orders received and processed before 1.00pm will arrive the next day. And don’t worry, if you miss the deadline we’ll swiftly deliver the following business day because we’re good like that!

Christmas Delivery

Please note, our delivery operations during the festive period is as follows:

  • Christmas Eve – Normal Hours
  • Christmas Day – Closed
  • Boxing Day – Closed
  • December 27th  – Closed
  • December 28th – Normal Hours
  • December 29th – Normal Hours
  • December 30th – Normal Hours
  • December 31st – Normal Hours
  • New Years Day – Closed

Returns

We hope you won’t need to return our products, but if you do here’s some guidance.

Received the wrong item(s)?

This shouldn’t happen. But if it does and you receive the wrong item(s) then please contact us within 14 days from the date you placed your order.

Damaged item(s)?

We take great care to package our products carefully and securely, however should they get damaged during transit you are entitled to a refund or replacement at no extra cost to you.

Please contact us with a photo of the damage at hello@honeytradtion.com within 14 days from the date you placed your order.

Changed Your Mind?

There are many reasons why you might change your mind, but we hope we’ve given you enough information so you don’t! If you do change your mind then please contact us.

Please note you’ll need to cover the costs of returning the products to us if they have  been dispatched. They will need to be returned in the original condition and packaging.

We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the returned products arrive damaged due to mishandling or inappropriate packaging by you (the customer).

We are not able to accept returns or provide a refund if the products have been opened/the label seal is opened.

External Events

You may cancel any order affected by an event outside our control which has continued for more than 30 days. If an event takes place that is outside of our control we will notify you as soon as possible about any expected delays or cancellation of your order.
